THIRD PILLAR INFORMATION
With reference to Section II of Chapter 2, TITLE IV "Prudential regulations on an individual basis", issued by Bank of Italy with Circular n.288; financial intermediaries subject to consolidated supervision by an authority of another EU Member State, who are included in the disclosure to the public of a European parent company are exempt from compliance with the same regulations at an individual level, if not significant (for "insignificant" financial intermediaries, we mean intermediaries with a total balance sheet assets of less than 10 billion euros). Therefore, IFITALIA, resulting below this threshold, is currently exempt from issuing the Disclosure to the Public on an individual basis.
